Rubber Suspension Parts Limited Warranty
You must have proof of purchase (we may be able to help using our records), Sidecars used in racing or other nefarious activities :) are excluded. Warranty is limited to replacement of the rubber bands and excludes labor, consequential damages, damage to you, your sidecar, motorcycle etc.) Claim must be filed BEFORE the two year period from when they were invoiced. Pictures or return of old bands may be required. If the warranty is approved (takes about a business day to approve - especially good pictures) you pay only for the postage from our warehouse to your door.
